Introduction

Agreement Between You and 700det

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 700det ("we", "us", "the Platform", "700det"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 700det website at 700det.vip, including all betting, gaming, casino, and account services made available through the platform.

By creating a 700det account, logging in to the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any service provided by 700det, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 700det platform.

700det reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically and remain familiar with the current version of this Agreement.

Eligibility

Who May Use 700det

Access to real-money betting and gaming services at 700det is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when you access the platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online betting or casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as a private individual in your own capacity and not on behalf of any business, commercial enterprise, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 700det or any of its affiliated technology or gaming partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 700det platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily as a result of a breach of this Agreement.
• You do not have an existing active 700det account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only.

700det enforces age verification at the point of registration and at the first withdrawal request. Documentary evidence of age and identity may be required before withdrawals are processed. Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with section 6 of this Agreement.

Account Registration

Creating and Managing Your 700det Account

To access real-money services at 700det, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and truthful information at every step. The details you supply during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and mobile number — must correspond exactly to the identity documents you may later be required to submit for verification purposes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 700det account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 700det will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Verification (KYC)

700det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is approved or at any other time at 700det's discretion:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh, or a valid passport.
• Proof of your residential address in Bangladesh, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (for example, the bKash or Nagad account must be registered in your own name).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the verification team.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 700det support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capability until verification is complete.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

700det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform at any given time. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via selected Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is owned by a person other than the registered 700det account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees for which 700det accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposited funds are credited to your 700det balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment gateway, which for mobile wallet methods such as bKash and Nagad is typically near-instant during normal operating hours.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with section 3 of this Agreement. 700det processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. The standard processing window for mobile wallet withdrawals is within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays may be processed the following business day.

Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment account registered in the same name as the 700det account from which the request is made. 700det reserves the right to request additional verification documents before any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 is approved. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the platform.

Betting Rules

Sports Betting and Casino Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 700det are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and a provision of this Agreement, the product-specific rule shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that product.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and other scheduled fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has become reasonably determinable may be voided at 700det's discretion. 700det reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or refuse bets from any account without providing a reason.

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after betting markets have opened, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's standard settlement rules as published in the platform's betting rules section. For cricket specifically, matches abandoned due to weather after a minimum number of overs have been bowled may be settled on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results where applicable.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on 700det — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and bingo — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are operated by regulated live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot titles are disclosed in the individual game information panels. Intellectual Property

Liability

Limitation of 700det's Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 700det shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system damage — arising out of or in connection with the use of the 700det platform or any products or services offered thereon, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 700det has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account Closure

Suspension and Termination of Accounts

700det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 700det reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances applies:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement or any product-specific rule published on the platform.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The player's account has been used for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The player is under the age of 21.
• The player has attempted to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or bonus structures in bad faith.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, any bonus balance and winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited conduct will be voided. Real-money deposits that are not subject to an ongoing investigation may be returned to the original depositing payment method at 700det's discretion. Legal Framework

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause prevents 700det from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or other players.
